The Glamorous 80s were the theme of the Dsquared 2’s Women’s Spring Summer 2017 runway collection.
Dean and Dan Caten, the Canadian twins behind the international fashion house proved once again that fashion can’t be taken too seriously.
The atmosphere was amazing and my outfit was perfect for the occasion-I wore a green sequin long sleeved turtleneck shirt and settled it down with a denim skirt .
The punk confident models rocked some tight fitting bodysuits, mini skirts with bunches of silk faille, military inspired tailcoats, oversized acid washed denim jeans studded with crystals and maxi earnings- less is not more.
Also seen on the runway: Cheetah prints, DD bags, puffball skirts alongside padded pumped up shoulders- perfect for twirling on the dance floor.
A jeweled eye, open lips smoking a cigarette, a cross and a heart were crafted into earrings and beautiful heels- this is what you must love about Dsquared2, that every single piece is laden with a detail.
literally go big or go home.
